Always late for dinner?

99-SECOND READ

'The bad news is time flies. the good news is, you're the pilot.'

Michael Altshuler

Dinner isn't just a meal, it's a great opportunity to unwind at the end of your day and catch up with your partner or family.

I speak with lots of people who feel bad because they consistently finish work too late to eat dinner on time with the people they love. On top of the guilt, they also end up feeling less healthy because of eating late and all the knock-on effects; poor sleep, digestion, energy etc.

But it doesn't have to be this way. It is possible to finish work on time and enjoy your evening meal with the people you love.

Check out what my former client, Jo, had to say:

Before coaching with Simon I was always rushing. My workload seemed to huge to manage, I was constantly busy trying to juggle all my responsibilities. Simon helped me see how I was responsible for these problems and showed me how to get on top of my workload, become more organised and gain control of my time. I started finishing work on time to finally have dinner with my family on a regular basis. I became healthier, and felt lighter and more able to make clear decisions. I can't believe how much my life has changes and can't recommend Simon highly enough. Thank you!

Small changes like finishing work on time create a domino effect in your life. Finish on time, eat on time, relax on time, sleep on time, get up earlier, feel fresh and calm, and be more organised...

What's one domino you could focus on in your life? If you want some help with that book a 20-min call - I will help you!
